At Eleventh Avenue, we strive to deliver high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Due to the unique nature of our pop-up retail business, we maintain a strict exchange-only policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all customers.

1. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns under any circumstances. Exchanges are permitted only in accordance with the conditions below.

2. Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
• The exchange must be for an item of equal or greater value. If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the customer is responsible for paying the price difference.

3. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of purchase with photos of the defect or damage. In such cases, the item can be exchanged for the same product (if available) or another item of equal value.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

• Discounted or sale items
• Custom or personalized products
• Gift cards

5. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect items thoroughly before completing the purchase. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this exchange-only policy.
