Eligibility for Returns

You may return eligible items within 10 days of the delivery date.
Items must be: Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition,
With all original tags and packaging intact,
And accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items :Please note that the following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

Sale or discounted items
Gift cards
Custom or personalized items
Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page

Return Process

Email us at Eleventh_avenue@eleventh-avenue.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive your return.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
